Job summary

Luxoft in India is seeking an experienced Java Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You will participate in the full SDLC, build scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions while maintaining code quality and security.

Key focus areas include Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8.6 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience designing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in SDLC practices and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to engineering best practices.
