Citi in Pune, India seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to guide senior-level programming and systems analysis. You will lead development across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, and RESTful APIs, with focus on microservices, ORM, and DevOps practices.

The role requires 13+ years of experience, strong communication, and collaboration within an Agile/Scrum environment. Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ and DBs like Oracle is preferred.

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

• 13+ years of relevant experience in programming.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Node.js.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ SDK would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with database technologies (Oracle).
• Knowledge of state management libraries.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Build robust and scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
