Job summary

DXC Technology invites a Senior Java Developer to join our Bangalore team, delivering robust backend systems with Java 8/11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices in a hybrid work setup.

You will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate across product, QA, and operations to build scalable RESTful APIs, optimize SQL queries, and ensure high performance and reliability in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java application development.
• Experience in code review and mentoring team members.
• Java 8/11+
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Hands-on Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, and strong SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Familiar with SQL query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Proficient with Git, JUnit and Mockito. Agile/Scrum experience.
