INES EIT Services India P. Ltd is seeking a Java Tech Lead for Bangalore, with hybrid work mode. The candidate will lead hands-on Java application development, guide a team, and drive design and implementation of microservices using Spring Boot.

The role requires 12+ years of Java experience, proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL across Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL, and a strong focus on performance tuning, testing (JUnit/Mockito), and Agile/Scrum practices.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Can do code review and mentor the team.

• Spring Framework, Spring Boot experience.
• Microservices architecture experience.
• Hibernate/JPA experience.
• RESTful APIs and JSON knowledge.
• Strong SQL development experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• SQL Query Optimization, Indexing & Performance Tuning.
• Git version control.
• JUnit, Mockito for unit testing.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
