Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.


• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.


• Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.


• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.


• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.


• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.


• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and release automation.


• Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.


• Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.


• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI/ML-powered applications.


• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, model training, and deployment.


• Experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering techniques.


• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or equivalent technologies.


• Experience integrating AI services and AI models through APIs and cloud platforms.


• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embedding Models, and AI Agents.


• Understanding of MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.


• Experience developing AI-driven business applications and intelligent automation solutions.


• Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative implementations.
