Job summary

Abmiro, a fast-growing SaaS product company headquartered in Pune, India, seeks senior engineers for Postree. The role targets developers with 5+ years of experience in building robust production software, specializing in Java Swing/JavaFx, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern engineering practices.

You will contribute to architecture, UI/UX, backend services, and POS-related features, with exposure to AWS and enterprise-grade deployments. Hybrid/hybrid-ready work setup applies as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building mission critical desktop or web applications professionally.
• Proficient in building UI/UX, RESTful APIs, Java Swing / JavaFx application and MySQL database structure and queries.
• Good level knowledge of front-end technologies like Java Swing/ JavaFx, HTML.
• Professional level expertise in OOP, databases (relational and document), and design pattern knowledge.
• Familiar with modern engineering practices: Git, Code Reviews, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, etc
• You write understandable, testable code with an eye toward maintainability and experience in TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support team, and fellow engineers is not a problem for you.
• You create code by understanding the long-term impact of it on the system and not just a patch to make things work.

About the Job:

• 5+ years of experience building successful production software systems in a senior role
  
• Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility
  
• Ability to be productive and task-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

Must Haves
