Job summary

Luxoft India is seeking a senior Java developer to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot. You will design and implement scalable microservices, develop RESTful APIs, and integrate applications with internal and external systems.

You will build and support event-driven solutions using Kafka, apply SOLID principles, and design cloud-native applications for deployments on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8.6 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Strong experience in developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of Design Principles, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of Database Concepts, SQL, and data modelling.
• Basic working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.
