Freshersworld is seeking a Senior Java Developer for the Hinjewadi, Pune location. You will develop modules, write scalable Java code, and participate in standups, client meetings, and demos, ensuring adherence to software processes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of Core & Advanced Java experience, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, and AWS familiarity. The role calls for proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of leading a small team.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA.
• Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernation, and SQL Server would be good.
• Hands-on Experience with Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have.
• Good Command and hands-on experience working on tool sets like Eclipse IDE, and SQL clients.
• Experience using Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, and Wildfly.
• Experience with distributed computing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA and AGILE Scrum processes would be an advantage.
• Proactive in problem resolution with good coordination skills is desirable.
• Flexible, self-starter, fast learner - willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of handling a team.
