Freshersworld in Pune (Hinjewadi) invites a Senior Java Developer to join our development team. You will develop modules, write scalable code, and ensure quality through testing and peer reviews, while participating in daily standups and client demos.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Core & Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and JPA, with RESTful services, Eclipse IDE, and hands-on with Tomcat/JBoss/WildFly. Knowledge of AWS and Agile practices is a plus.

Assist in effort estimations, technical documentation, and interview process as required.

This is You:

• Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA
• Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernation, and SQL Server would be good.
• Hands-on Experience with Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have.
• Good Command and hands‑on experience working on tool sets like Eclipse IDE, and SQL clients.
• Experience using Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, and Wildfly.
• Experience with distributed computing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA and AGILE Scrum processes would be an advantage.
• Proactive in problem resolution with good coordination skills is desirable.
• Flexible, self-starter, fast learner - willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of handling a team
