Job summary

Freshersworld is seeking a Senior Java Developer for the Hinjewadi, Pune location. The role involves developing modules, writing scalable Java code, and ensuring quality through testing and peer reviews.

You’ll attend daily standups and client demos, with involvement in estimation, documentation, and interview activities. Required 5–8 years in Core/Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring and Spring Boot, JPA; REST is mandatory, SOAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Core & Advanced Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA.
• Knowledge of UML, design patterns, Hibernate, and SQL Server is a plus.
• Hands-on with RESTful web services; SOAP is a bonus.
• Experience with distributed computing and AWS is advantageous.

This is You:

• Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Core & Advance Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JPA
• Knowledge of UML, design patterns, hibernation, and SQL Server would be good.
• Hands-on Experience with Web services with REST is a must and SOAP is nice to have.
• Good Command and hands‑on experience working on tool sets like Eclipse IDE, and SQL clients.
• Experience using Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, and Wildfly.
• Experience with distributed computing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA and AGILE Scrum processes would be an advantage.
• Proactive in problem resolution with good coordination skills is desirable.
• Flexible, self-starter, fast learner - willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of handling a team
