The ideal candidate will be a proactive Java developer with cloud platform expertise, capable of developing scalable cloud-native applications, driving technical excellence, and contributing to enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement cloud-native applications and support deployments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and application troubleshooting.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
- Work with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application monitoring, incident management, and production deployments.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java Development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, or GCP Compute Engine and Cloud Run.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
