Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Java developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. You will contribute to cloud-native solutions across Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring scalable backend services and high reliability.

The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on Java experience, strong OOP and design pattern knowledge, and competence with Git and modern CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in Java Development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, or GCP Compute Engine and Cloud Run.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
