Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable server‑side applications using Java and J2EE.
• API Implementation: Build and secure high-performance RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front‑end and back‑end systems.
• System Optimization: Ensure the overall performance, scalability, and security of all server‑side applications.
• Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to provide strong backend support for complex frontend features.
• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to understand, refine, and implement technical business requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Core Backend: Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, and the Spring Boot framework.
• Database Management: Proficiency in relational databases, specifically Oracle, Postgres, or standard SQL.
• DevOps & Documentation: Mastery of version control tools (Git, BitBucket) and API documentation frameworks like Swagger.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in backend software development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Principles: Deep understanding of core backend architecture and software development principles.
