DHL IT Services is hiring a Senior IT Solutions Consultant in Indore, India, to advance SPARK with strong ServiceNow, DevOps, and AI capabilities. You will gather complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and DevOps teams.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, cross-region collaboration, and robust documentation, including end-user materials. A hybrid work arrangement and professional training programs are offered.

This is a crucial role as the person will play the SME role for SPARK where he/she needs to go thru or understand the changes required in the system apart. He/she should be able to advice impact or perform risk assessment for the application.

Experienced consultant with a strong ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and well-defined Definition of Ready user stories. Acts as a trusted advisor by effectively bridging business stakeholders and DevOps teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and fostering strong, trust-based partnerships. Provides quality assurance leadership through the design and execution of comprehensive end to end testing strategies, including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing. Highly effective in Agile and DevOps environments, managing impact analysis, documentation, and defect resolution. Demonstrates strong documentation and enablement skills by producing clear requirements, test cases, user guides, and interactive end-user materials. Brings solid technical validation capabilities with a strong understanding of the Service Now platform with required development skills and hands on AI capabilities for solution design and AI implementation.

As an IT Solutions Consultant, having ServiceNow CSM certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Window, Linux, Java, DB's and DevOps model will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a ServiceNow, DevOps and AI aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CSM and good knowledge on the latest technological trend. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
