DHL IT Services in Chennai is seeking a Team Manager for Mobile Solutions to lead and grow a distributed team, ensuring agile practices and high performance across projects. The role blends technical oversight with people management in a global context.

You will work in a hybrid setting, coordinating with colleagues in Germany and other locations, while driving DevOps culture and continuous improvement across mobile apps and digital services.

• Completed studies with a technical focus (computer science, business informatics) or equivalent professional experience.

• You will take over the disciplinary leadership of the team members in India.
• You plan and promote personnel development in order to meet current and future requirements.
• You ensure agile processes and methods in the projects (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Servant Leadership, Management 3.0).
• You will coach and advise team members for their role as agile DevOps leaders
• You will support the development and expansion of the team and processes within the framework of global sourcing.
• You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing projects with internal and external employees in an international environment.

• Completed studies with a technical focus (computer science, business informatics) or corresponding well-founded and many years of professional exp.
