Job summary

Mee 2 Bee is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects, plan and allocate tasks, and liaise with clients across Hyderabad and North America. The role requires coordinating with IT teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver on schedules and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong planning and communication skills, and prior experience with a digital agency or IT services environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Applications, IT, MCA, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing teams.
• Clear thought process, planning and forecasting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with a digital agency/IT services firm is a plus; US/North America projects experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create & manage project plans.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Align project objectives with company goals and ensure the project team understands them.
• Assist the project team with design and development of tasks.
• Lead the process of issue identification and resolution.
• Monitor and manage scope along with documentation and all project documentation.
• Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.
