Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IT analyst to lead the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of Financial Business Case initiatives for NPI and GDM systems. You will ensure data integrity and seamless integration across ERP, SAP, and Accolade platforms.

You will translate business requirements into effective solution designs, support automation and integration efforts, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT analysis or related roles with project leadership experience.

Ensure data integrity, automation, and seamless integration across ERP, SAP, and Accolade platforms.
Translate business requirements into effective solution designs, support automation and integration initiatives, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Coordinate deployments and quality assurance activities, and participate in governance forums to align priorities and report progress.
Collaborate across global business, finance, IT leadership, and SBG teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, development, or support, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to support system development, automation, production issue resolution, deployment planning, quality assurance, governance participation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Ability to gather requirements, validate data, translate business needs into solution scope, and support successful adoption of new features with business users, finance, and IT leadership.
Ability to collaborate across business users, finance, IT leadership, ERP, SAP, QA and global teams to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive delivery outcomes.
Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements and architectural standards across NPI Tracks, GDM, ERP, SAP, and Accolade platforms.
