Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept development through execution, including space planning, material and finish selection, and coordination with architecture and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, overseeing construction drawings related to interiors, reviewing shop drawings, and guiding FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, manage design timelines, and support project teams during site visits, inspections, and implementation. This role also includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring design quality, and supporting adherence to project budgets and standards.
