Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, brand standards, and functional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed layouts and drawings, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E, and overseeing project implementation on-site. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring quality and safety standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and provide guidance to junior designers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into accurate, buildable documentation.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification to ensure quality, durability, and design consistency.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end interior projects, including client interaction, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with material and vendor sourcing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.
