Job summary

Skill 2 Source Staffing Solution is seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Autocad + SketchUp) to lead interior design projects from concept to completion. You will meet clients to discuss scope and costing, coordinate with site and execution teams, and prepare 2D/3D drawings and renders with the design team.

Ideally you will advise on space planning, furnishings, color schemes, and materials, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Requires strong design sense and ability to translate client needs into space plans.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and handling revisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Meet clients in office or virtually to discuss products, services, and costing.
• Site visits and coordination with execution teams for diagrams and quotations.
• Advise on space planning, layout, furnishings, color schemes, materials selection.
• Ensure client satisfaction, follow-ups, and escalation handling.
• Develop concept mood boards and design visuals to communicate vision.
• Prepare 2D/3D working drawings; collaborate with 3D team for renders.
• Manage multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
• Contribute to senior management decisions on pricing, products, and market Analysis.

JD for Senior Interior Designer Role (Autocad + sketchup) :

• 1. Responsible for complete end to end interior solution.
• 2. Meet new clients in the office or virtual meetings and explain about the products and services and costing.
• 3. Visit sites and work with different execution teams to prepare diagrams/quotations.
• 4. Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings equipment, color schemes, color coordination and material selection
• 5. Client Satisfaction, follow ups, handling escalations.
• 6. Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements though 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
• 7. Prepare 2D/3D working drawing and work with the 3D team to generate 3D renders.
• 8. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing scope and products
• 9. Participate in Senior Management Business decisions on pricing, products and market evaluation and competitive analysis.
