Job Description

Create detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD

Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Enscape, and D5

Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and material selections

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals

Work closely with execution teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Review drawings and designs to ensure quality, aesthetics, and functionality

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drawings & detailing)

Strong command over SketchUp for 3D modeling

Experience in Enscape and D5 Render for realistic visualization

Good understanding of interior design standards, materials, and finishes

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and lead junior designers
