Job description

Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Instructional Designer with expertise in the following areas:

1. Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development skills
2. Instructional Design and Training & Development experience
3. Hands-on experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, Captivate, Epiplex, etc.
4. Understanding of graphic designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, Create Studio, etc.
5. Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and methodologies, including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick model
6. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
7. Strong organizational and project management skills
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
9. Understanding of e-learning and online learning platforms

Preferred: BPO industry experience
