noon is seeking a Senior Instock Associate in Gurugram, India to support inventory health and availability for their category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will manage inbound shipments, forecasting, replenishment, and partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize stock and minimize disruptions. Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Senior Instock Associate will be a key member of the Commercial team, supporting inventory's health and availability for their assigned category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning
• Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement
• Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration
• Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead time
• Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory Requirement
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisions
• Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
