Job summary

noon is building an ecosystem of digital products and services with a focus on inventory health and availability. We seek an Instock Associate to support the Commercial team and optimize replenishment programs for fast-moving categories.

You will analyze inventory position, forecast needs, coordinate with vendors, and drive cross-functional projects to improve in-stock rates and customer experience. A bias for action and data-driven decisions are essential in our rapid-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong bias for action and resourcefulness in a rapidly growing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure problems and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, and assortment planning.
• Participate in vendor reviews; drive operational improvement.
• Interact with operations teams to drive efficiencies through collaboration.
• Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, lead times, and issues.
• Maintain high in-stock rates on replenishment programs.
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability and exit strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analysis tools including Excel, Access, and SQL; work with large data sets.
• Lead cross-functional projects and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize and plan multiple projects under tight deadlines.

The Instock Associate will be a key member of the Commercial team, supporting inventory health and availability for their assigned category end-to-end. This role bridges commercial strategy and operational execution to help drive sustainable growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning
• Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement
• Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration
• Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead time
• Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory Requirement
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisions
• Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines.
