Job summary

Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (IAM) to manage enterprise IAM across Okta and Microsoft platforms. The role requires leading joiner/leaver/mover processes, AD and Azure AD administration, and collaboration with teams in an Agile environment.

The candidate will plan, develop, and deliver IAM projects, create documentation, and provide knowledge transfer while handling incidents and staying current with new technologies in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of Okta SSO and Lifecycle management.
• 2+ years of Okta OIG.
• 2+ years of Okta Workflows.
• 5+ years of relevant experience using Active Directory in a complex environment.
• In depth knowledge of Active Directory Group Policies; 1+ years of Entra AD experience.
• 1+ years of experience with application proxies – preferably Azure Proxy.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work alone in a fast-changing environment.
• Basic PowerShell scripting is a must.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Server.

The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for enterprise-wide identity and access management across both Microsoft and Okta platforms.
