Provide customer, market, partner, and delivery insights to product leadership to help shape the broader integrations strategy and roadmap. Partner with engineering to maintain existing integrations while expanding the breadth and depth of data‑in and data‑out connectivity with external platforms. Gather, validate, and translate customer, partner, commercial, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items. Balance planned delivery work with integration maintenance, production support, client commitments, technical debt, platform improvements, and emerging partner needs. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies in close partnership with engineering leadership. Triage integration issues, clarify product decisions, and coordinate stakeholders through incidents, defects, dependency risks, and delivery tradeoffs. Establish and maintain productive relationships with external technology vendors, data providers, and integration partners. Work with product, commercial, business, sales, marketing, implementation, and service stakeholders to support launches, meet client deliverables, and communicate integration capabilities accurately. Track adoption, delivery outcomes, and operational performance; use client feedback and competitive intelligence to identify and prioritize product improvements. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and data teams to ensure integrations meet expectations for reliability, scalability, security, privacy, and supportability. Work with content and marketing teams to develop product documentation, enablement materials, troubleshooting guidance, user guides, and Q&A content for internal teams and second‑and third‑level support. Communicate delivery progress, risks, priorities, and outcomes clearly to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of product management, product owner, or related experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management technology, advisor technology, or enterprise software.
