LogixHealth in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to own Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Purview within a PHI-handling healthcare environment.

You will design, build, secure and troubleshoot cloud/workplace platforms, acting as the final escalation for IT Operations and delivering compliant, auditable evidence for ISO/HIPAA controls.

Formación

• 6–9 years in IT infrastructure/cloud engineering, with 3+ years hands-on in M365 and Azure (engineering, not support).
• Strong Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, SSO) and Intune (Autopilot, compliance, Autopatch, Defender for Endpoint).
• Hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and build Entra ID: users, groups, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, hybrid identity.
• Engineer Autopilot, Autopatch, compliance and policies, app deployment and certificates for Windows/macOS.
• Implement Purview DLP, sensitivity labels, BitLocker/FileVault and device controls.
• Build and operate Azure Virtual Desktop: host pools, golden images, FSLogix, autoscaling, patch cycle.
• Harden endpoints to CIS/Microsoft baselines; monthly patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Integrate ServiceDesk Plus with Intune/Entra ID; automate with PowerShell and Graph.

Job description

LogixHealth is looking for a hands-on Senior IT Engineer for our Microsoft cloud and workplace platforms. You will design, build, secure, patch and troubleshoot Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and Purview, and act as final technical escalation for IT Operations. This is an individual contributor role in a PHI-handling healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and build Entra ID: users, groups, SSO (SAML/OIDC, SCIM), Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, hybrid identity
• Engineer Autopilot, Autopatch, compliance and configuration policies, app deployment and certificates for Windows and macOS
• Implement Purview DLP, sensitivity labels, BitLocker/FileVault and device controls
• Build and operate Azure Virtual Desktop: host pools, golden images, FSLogix, autoscaling, monitoring and monthly patch cycle
• Harden endpoints and session hosts to Microsoft/CIS baselines; run monthly patching and remediate vulnerabilities within SLA
• Integrate ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus with Intune, Entra ID and M365; automate with PowerShell and Graph
• Act as L3 escalation on major incidents and RCAs; provide ISO 27001, SOC 2 and HIPAA evidence

Required skills

• 6 - 9 years in IT infrastructure/cloud engineering, with 3+ years hands-on in M365 and Azure (engineering, not support-only)
• Strong Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, SSO) and Intune (Autopilot, compliance, Autopatch, Defender for Endpoint)
• Hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure fundamentals
• Patch and vulnerability management experience (WSUS/SCCM, Defender VM, Tenable, Rapid7 or Qualys)
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting; strong troubleshooting and documentation
• Willing to work from office, shifts and on-call (247 operation)\

Good to have: Terraform/Bicep, Git and CI/CD, Windows 365/Nerdio/Citrix to AVD migration, macOS management, Purview and Defender XDR, ITSM administration, healthcare/HIPAA experience

Certifications (good to have): AZ-104, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-140, Terraform Associate
