Job summary

TuTeck Technologies is seeking a Senior Informatica MDM & IDQ Administrator to manage hosted Informatica Multidomain MDM and IDQ/CDQ services. You will ensure platform health, runbooks, and secure agent clusters across remote/cloud environments.

The role emphasizes tuning of match/decay rules, survivorship, and AddressDoctor maintenance, along with profiling services and support for integration endpoints. Experience with HIPAA/PHI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in enterprise data management with hands-on Informatica MDM and IDQ/CDQ platform administration.
• Strong proficiency in Secure Agent configuration, Linux OS, shell scripting/Python, SQL, and database tuning.

Responsibilities

• Administer hosted/cloud Informatica environments; manage Secure Agent clusters, user provisioning (RBAC, SAML/SSO), and releases.
• Oversee Hub staging, load, tokenization, and batch jobs; fine-tune matching rules, survivorship logic, and scorecards.
• Maintain the data quality engine, profiling jobs, reference data, and AddressDoctor updates; operationalize cleansing rules.
• Monitor REST/SOAP API endpoints, troubleshoot runtime bottlenecks, and lead incident resolution with vendor support.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica MDM & IDQ Administrator to manage platform infrastructure and service-level operations across hosted Informatica Multidomain MDM / MDM SaaS and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ / CDQ). This role spans runtime health, agent clustering, and user security, as well as match/merge tuning, survivorship, AddressDoctor maintenance, and profiling services.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Administer hosted/cloud Informatica environments; manage Secure Agent clusters, user provisioning (RBAC, SAML/SSO), release migrations, and system uptime/SLA monitoring.
• MDM Service Operations: Oversee Hub staging, load, tokenization, and batch jobs; fine-tune match rules, trust/decay scores, and survivorship logic; support Business Entity Services (BES) and steward task workflows.
• IDQ Operations & Rules: Maintain the data quality engine, profiling jobs, scorecards, reference data (RTM), and AddressDoctor updates; operationalize reusable cleansing and standardization rules.
• Integration & Incident Support: Monitor REST/SOAP API publishing endpoints, troubleshoot runtime bottlenecks, and lead incident resolution with vendor support.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years in enterprise data management, with hands-on focus on Informatica MDM and IDQ / CDQ platform administration.
• Platform & Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Secure Agent configuration, Linux OS, shell scripting/Python, advanced SQL, and relational database tuning (Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake).
• MDM & DQ Mechanics: Deep working knowledge of deterministic/probabilistic matching, trust frameworks, survivorship rules, AddressDoctor, and scorecard generation.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Informatica IDMC SaaS, healthcare data governance (HIPAA/PHI, Provider/Patient 360), and official Informatica Administrator certifications.
