Job summary

Global Payments in Pune, India is seeking an IAM professional to assist in provisioning and access management across business segments while upholding security and compliance standards. • Assists in providing global access management across all business segments through request systems, authoritative sources, administrative interfaces, workflows, provisioning engines, identity repositories, and locally managed resources.
• Assists in automation of manual provisioning using VB or Powershell scripting.
• Assists in enterprise access discovery, troubleshooting, and remediation of access related issues to support security best practices for authentication and authorization.
• Assists with analysis, design and deployment of IAM architecture and other security projects to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk.
• Progressively builds base knowledge by assisting with creation and maintenance of documentation including SOPs and project change control methodologies.
• Participates in creating SOPs relevant to access creation for roles and required approvals to applications and privileged accounts.
• Adheres to guidelines, policies, and protocols and develops ongoing documentation outlining operational and functional activities of Identity and Access Management

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing global access management, supporting provisioning access for joiners, movers, and leavers across all business segments through request systems, authoritative sources, administrative interfaces, workflows, provisioning engines, identity repositories, and locally managed resources. This ensures appropriate access and meets internal/external data security requirements.
• Assists in automation of manual provisioning using VB or Powershell scripting. Will be working closely with automation to analyse and automate the identified tasks.
• Assists in enterprise access discovery, troubleshooting, and remediation of access related issues in support of security best practices for authentication and authorization. Reviews routine maintenance reports and violation logs to detect unauthorized access and notifies and assists experienced peers with mitigation techniques of possible threats to corporate, client, and team member security.
• Assists with the analysis, design and deployment of IAM architecture and other security projects to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk, streamline access management activities, ensure resources are secured, and adapt to changing threat landscapes.
• Progressively builds base knowledge/familiarization by assisting with the creation and maintenance of relevant documentation to include, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures, and project change control methodologies.
• Participates in the creation of standard operating procedures relevant to access creation for roles and required approvals to applications and privileged accounts.
• Adheres to guidelines, policies, and protocols and develops ongoing documentation outlining operational and functional activities of the Identity and Access Management organization.
