Job summary

CODERS BRAIN in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned ALM Strategy and Digital Engineering consultant to drive end-to-end requirements management, traceability, and ALM-PLM integration with Teamcenter. You will work with automotive clients on ASPICE, ISO 26262, and WP.29 compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ALM strategy and digital engineering consulting.
• Hands-on experience with IBM ELM, Siemens Polarion, and PTC Codebeamer.
• Experience with ALM-PLM integration (Teamcenter).
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO 26262, WP.29 compliance.
• Experience in variant and configuration management, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Strong BE/B.Tech background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ALM strategy and digital engineering initiatives for clients.
• Perform end-to-end requirements management and traceability.
• Drive ALM-PLM integration projects using Teamcenter.
• Provide executive consulting and stakeholder management.
• Advise on SDV processes and engineering governance.
