Job summary

You will manage, optimize and extend HRIS platforms, collaborating with HR and IT to define requirements and build reliable interfaces across the HR landscape. The role requires 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce and ATS, with experience in HR data security, multi-country rollouts, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, and workforce management.
• Experience delivering global ATS systems and configuring HR systems.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and translating them to HR systems requirements.
• Experience in rolling out HR systems in multiple countries.
• Strong data security knowledge in HRIS context.

Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities

As an HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:

• Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability
• Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems
• Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape
• Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues
• Advise on data structure and integrity
• Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team

Key Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce, ATS, workforce management systems etc
• Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements
• Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
• In depth experience configuring HR systems
• Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce
• Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce
• HR Systems Integration
• Experience of API integrations
• Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
