Job summary

DNV Germany Holding GmbH in Pune invites a Senior HR Operations Specialist to deliver day-to-day quality HR services aligned with local laws and company requirements, handling data management and employee records.

You will provide end-to-end HR support for the North Asia region, maintain HR data in systems, assist benefits administration, and collaborate with global centres to drive data quality and process improvements while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support for the North Asia region (Onboarding, Data Administration, Absence Administration, Exit Management, Benefits Administration, support HR Tools & Systems, and other employee life cycle activities).
• Register and maintain employee’s data in the HR system, incl. management of the personnel files.
• Support benefits administration for pensions and employee insurance, including enrolment and termination of eligibility, verify eligibility of staff and dependents and associated invoices.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with Asia employees.
• Have a strong focus on customer experience improvement KPIs with high attention to time and quality standards.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to local and global data protection norms.
• Work collaboratively with other team members within the HR Operations Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of processes, incl. cooperation with the European Global Centre & Regional Centers / Local Country offices.
• Ensure frequent review/governance on data quality on all HR Systems (completeness and correctness of data).

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior HR Operations Specialist who will deliver day-to-day quality HR services according to legal and company requirements and be the first point of contact with all HR related matters. In addition, you will be responsible for document, personnel, and employee data management. You will also be engaged in different improvement initiatives where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas. The role is broad and captures many aspects of HR operational processes, team members may be asked to focus on certain aspects within the role.

In your role you will:
