Sr. Graphics Designer_ E-Com and Social Media
We are India’s premier sleepwear brand — and the world’s only publicly listed sleepwear company (NSE: SDREAMS).
For over 35 years, we’ve shaped how India unwinds. Today, we operate 80+ exclusive stores and a high-scale Shopify e-commerce site.
This role sits at the center of that engine.
You will design revenue pathways.
You will own how:
- Performance Ads that persuade
- Social Media posts that create a reaction
- Cold paid traffic converts
- Checkout flows reduce hesitation
- Speed constraints are protected
- Landing pages align with campaign promises
This is a product design role embedded in social media aesthetics and business performance.
If you enjoy working where Creative decisions are measured daily — this is where you do it.
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Creatives & Social Media Carousels
- Create high-performing ad creatives, social media carousels, and campaign visuals that are built for clear communication, strong thumb-stop value, and measurable performance.
- Translate campaign objectives, product USPs, offers, and audience insights into creatives that support Meta/Google ads, remarketing, new launches, festive campaigns, and collection storytelling.
- Maintain consistency between creative direction, brand language, product positioning, and platform-specific formats so every visual feels premium, relevant, and conversion-focused.
- Maintain the visual quality, freshness, and consistency of website banners across homepage, PLP, PDP, collection pages, and campaign slots.
- Regularly update website visuals to reflect new launches, seasonal priorities, offers, product stories, and brand campaigns without disturbing the overall site experience.
- Ensure all banners follow a clean hierarchy, mobile-first readability, correct sizing, fast-loading design, and a premium SWEET DREAMS visual language.
Landing Pages & Campaign UX
- Design hero landing pages that educate first‑time users and reduce bounce
- Work with SEO teams to ensure structure + metadata are planned before build
PLP/PDP Experience & Merchandising
- Improve scan speed, scroll hierarchy, and banner slot structure
- Optimize filters, sorting, and category browsing clarity
- Build PDP variants depending on category familiarity and education need
- Improve trust signals, service assurances, and objection handling
- Design and test PLP variants (education‑first vs product‑first layouts)
- Run continuous micro‑optimizations (copy nudges, layout tweaks, hierarchy changes)
- Propose and execute structured experiments with clear hypotheses
- Maintain change logs and collaborate on impact analysis
Performance & Speed Governance
- Design within speed constraints and avoid heavy elements by default
- Use rich media only when impact is proven and contained
- Reduced friction points across PLP/PDP/cart
- Higher landing page relevance and message match with ads
- Faster iteration velocity with controlled releases
- Quality of QA, reduction in regressions, and faster rollback readiness
