Job summary

Red Baton Creative Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to own client projects and deliver strong visual communication across graphic design and motion.

You will translate briefs into effective creative solutions, from concept through execution, in a fast-paced agency setting. You will showcase a strong portfolio with both graphic design and motion capabilities, with expert typography, layout, colour, and storytelling.

Qualifications

• > 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion design.
• > A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics capabilities.
• > Strong command of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• > Ability to independently take charge of projects and work with minimal supervision.
• > Experience creating explainer videos, animated communication, and motion-led content.
• > Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client-facing design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Understand client requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business objectives into clear visual ideas.
• Create high-quality graphic design creatives across digital, social media, campaigns, presentations, brand communication, marketing collateral, and other formats.
• Conceptualise and produce motion graphics and explainer videos, including storyboarding, visual direction, animation, transitions, typography, and final output.
• Develop visual concepts and design systems that can scale across multiple touchpoints.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, account managers, and other team members.
• Present and explain design decisions confidently during internal and client discussions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer who can independently take ownership of client projects and deliver strong visual communication across graphic design and motion.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, understands how to translate briefs into effective creative solutions, and can take a project from initial concept through execution.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with clients and internal teams.

Good to Have:

• Previous experience working in a creative, branding, advertising, or design agency.
• Experience working with B2B brands and communication.
• Experience with brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
• Understanding of video editing, sound, 3D, illustration, or other adjacent creative skills is a plus.
