About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across our static digital and print media campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high‑impact visual branding, advertising creatives, marketing collateral, and print‑ready production assets. Please note: This is a pure graphic, visual, and print design role;

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Campaign Design: Conceptualize and execute high‑converting digital banners, social media creatives, print ads, hoardings, brochures, packaging, and corporate brand identities.
• Photo Manipulation & Retouching: Perform high‑end image editing, color correction, composite creation, and non‑destructive photo retouching in Adobe Photoshop.
• Vector Art & Layouts: Create scalable vector illustrations, brand marks, and multi‑page layouts using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw.
• Pre‑Press & Print Production: Prepare flawless print‑ready files (CMYK color separation, bleed, trim lines, die‑cuts, pantone matching, font‑to‑curves conversion) for offset, digital, and large‑format printing.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines across diverse media formats.
• Creative Guidance: Review design files, mentor junior graphic artists, and maintain organized asset libraries and working files.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in‑house marketing production background preferred).
• Core Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (photo manipulation, compositing, retouching, raster ads), Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, logos, iconography, typography), CorelDraw (pre‑press production, large‑format outdoor media, vector layouts).
• Print Knowledge: Strong hands‑on understanding of print production processes, paper types, resolution (DPI vs. PPI), and prepress standards.
• Design Fundamentals: Solid mastery of layout hierarchy, typography, color theory, and grid systems.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating commercial graphic work (social media creatives, print ads, branding, and outdoor collateral).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience collaborating with printing presses, packaging vendors, and outdoor media fabricators.
• Ability to deliver rapid iterations and handle multiple client briefs under tight deadlines.
