Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This position involves leading the visual design for brand campaigns, social media content, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and creative direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, creating graphics and layouts, designing logos and brand identities, refining typography, and collaborating with strategists, content creators, and developers. The Senior Graphic Designer reviews and improves existing design assets, maintains brand consistency across all platforms, and provides guidance and feedback to junior designers. The role also includes preparing files for digital and print use, staying informed about design trends, and contributing creative ideas to client pitches and internal projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive and distinctive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout to produce clear, visually appealing designs.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Proven experience in a senior or lead design role within an agency or similar creative environment.
• Ability to interpret briefs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative and marketing teams on-site in Indore.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
