Responsibilities

Exhibition and Event Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for exhibitions, conferences, summits, trade shows, and corporate events.
Design exhibition stall graphics, backdrops, panels, fascia designs, branding elements, directional signage, and other event-related artwork.
Prepare designs for stage backdrops, LED screens, registration counters, photo opportunities, podium branding, and venue branding.
Develop complete visual themes and branding systems for individual events.
Adapt event branding across different physical and digital formats while maintaining consistency.

Pioneer Exhibitions and Conventions Management Private Limited has been active in the conferences and exhibitions industry for over four decades, organizing events across India in sectors such as smart cities, urban development, instrumentation and control, ICT and telecom, medical, and food processing. The company specializes in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from SAARC countries. It collaborates with partner organizations across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region to support global events. This extensive industry experience and international network offer team members exposure to diverse markets, subjects, and audiences.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and responsible Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the complete visual communication requirements of our exhibitions, conferences, marketing campaigns, and related business activities.

The said colleague will work closely with the management, marketing, sales, and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into professional, attractive, and effective visual communication materials.

The position requires a person who can work independently, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, understand tight event-related deadlines, and maintain a consistently high standard of design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Exhibition and Event Design
Develop creative concepts and designs for exhibitions, conferences, summits, trade shows, and corporate events.
Design exhibition stall graphics, backdrops, panels, fascia designs, branding elements, directional signage, and other event-related artwork.
Prepare designs for stage backdrops, LED screens, registration counters, photo opportunities, podium branding, and venue branding.
Develop complete visual themes and branding systems for individual events.
Adapt event branding across different physical and digital formats while maintaining consistency.
Coordinate with production and fabrication agencies to ensure that final artwork is technically correct and suitable for production.
Check artwork dimensions, resolution, color specifications, bleed, fonts, and other technical requirements before sending files for production.

2. Marketing and Promotional Materials

Design brochures, leaflets, flyers, invitations, posters, banners, presentations, certificates, and other promotional materials.
Develop corporate profiles, event proposals, sponsorship presentations, and sales presentations.
Design advertising materials for print, outdoor media, publications, and digital platforms.
Develop creative material for event announcements, registration campaigns, speaker promotions, and exhibitor promotions.

3. Digital and Social Media Design

Create professional graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
Design social media posts, event announcements, speaker profiles, exhibitor promotions, countdown creatives, and event highlights.
Prepare digital banners and promotional creatives for websites, electronic newsletters, and online campaigns.
Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats required for various digital platforms.

4. Client and Event-Specific Requirements

Prepare customized creative materials according to client requirements.
Incorporate client logos, government department logos, sponsors, partners, and institutional branding correctly.
Ensure that all official names, designations, logos, and other information are accurately represented.
Handle last-minute corrections and urgent artwork requirements associated with live events and conferences.
