Job summary

LS Digital Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to develop visual concepts and design solutions for campaigns across social, digital, brand, presentations, websites, and print. You will translate briefs into bold visuals that drive engagement.

Collaborating with copywriters and creative directors, you’ll create multiple directions, adapt master creatives to various formats, and help build consistent design systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and design solutions based on creative briefs and campaign ideas.
• Create high-quality designs for social media, digital campaigns, brand campaigns, presentations, websites, print and other communication formats.
• Translate campaign concepts into strong visual identities and design systems.
• Develop KV concepts, layouts, typography, compositions and visual treatments.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Directors to ensure visual and verbal ideas work seamlessly together.
• Create multiple design directions and explore different visual styles when required.
• Adapt master creatives into multiple formats, platforms and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
• Work on pitch presentations and new business proposals, translating strategic ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors, clients and internal teams while protecting the core creative idea.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving the overall creative quality of the team.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, digital formats and emerging creative technologies.
• Explore AI-assisted design and image-generation tools to enhance ideation, visual exploration and production.
