Job summary

Simple Intelligent Systems in Lucknow seeks a Creative Designer to translate briefs into thoughtful design concepts that align with audience goals and visual direction. You will craft digital and print designs, including branding materials, websites, social media creatives, and brochures, while upholding production standards.

Using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), you will deliver polished assets, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure brand consistency

Qualifications

• Translate project briefs and client requirements into thoughtful design concepts that align with the audience, objectives, and overall visual direction.
• Create compelling designs for digital and print, including branding materials, websites, social media creatives, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Work confidently with Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce polished designs while maintaining production standards.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine creative work.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all design work to ensure cohesive visual identity.
• Clearly understand project requirements, communicate design ideas effectively, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Bring fresh ideas and stay aware of current design trends to enhance engagement and impact.

• Visual Design Execution: Create compelling designs for both digital and print applications, including branding materials, websites, social media creatives, brochures, marketing collateral, and other communication assets.
• Design Tools & Production: Work confidently with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce polished, high-quality designs while maintaining technical and production standards.
• Feedback & Revisions: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine creative work until the final output meets expectations.
• Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all design work, ensuring that visual identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall presentation remain cohesive.
