In this role, you will act as a core visualizer—translating creative briefs into high-converting, scroll-stopping social media assets and dynamic visual content across multiple digital touch points..

Responsibilities

• Daily Creative Production
• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality daily social media creatives using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Multi-Format Visuals
• Produce diverse digital assets including motion graphics, GIFs, short-form video content, Instagram Stories/Reels, website banners, and display ads.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner directly with social media strategists, copywriters, and content teams to ideate and execute innovative visual campaigns based on project briefs.
• Trend & Format Innovation
• Stay ahead of minimal design aesthetics, platform UI updates, and emerging social media trends to keep visual outputs modern and competitive.
• Brand Consistency & Accuracy
• Maintain strict brand guidelines across all deliverables with sharp attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
• Project & Time Management

Qualifications

• Experience - 5 to 6 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Education - Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent extensive practical experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Mastery
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects (knowledge of Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or Figma is a strong plus).
• An active Behance or online portfolio showcasing real agency work, motion graphics, and social media campaigns is mandatory.
