Job summary

Mould Innovation in India is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to spearhead visual concepts for print and digital media, including logos, layouts and brand guidelines. You will shape the look of websites, books, packaging and campaigns, translating briefs into compelling designs and collaborating with copywriters and the creative director.

This full-time role rewards creativity and leadership; you’ll mentor junior designers, maintain design assets, and ensure on-brand outcomes across media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Understanding of digital media and web design is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

You will be expected to spearhead the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos - and create brand guidelines.

You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to e-meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience for our clients.
