CACO & CO. in Jalandhar, part of Lovely Group, is hiring the first designer to build the brand from scratch. You will own logo, packaging, gifting visuals, and in-store graphics, working directly with the founders and the chef.

The role demands 5+ years in brand identity and packaging, proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma, plus experience with marketing launches and client gifting. Expect on-site work with travel for key client meetings.

Qualifications

• Custom gifting for corporate and wedding orders: boxes, logo chocolates, and message cards.
• Lead launches and campaigns from idea to rollout: posts, reels, ads.
• Develop brand identity: logo, colors, typography, patterns and in-store graphics.
• Prepare print-ready files and manage printers and vendors to deadlines.

YOUR ROLE: BE THE FIRST DESIGNER OF THIS BRAND

Most designers inherit someone else's brand book. You'll write ours. The first logo sketch, the gift box people film, the hamper a company sends to every client, the Diwali pack they gift to everyone they love: all yours. You'll work with the founders and the chef, with no layers of approvals.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Role: Senior Graphic Designer
• Experience: 5+ years, including marketing and launch campaigns

• Salary: ₹7.2 LPA

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Gifting that gets unboxed on camera

• Gift boxes, hampers, bonbon boxes, bar wrappers, bags, ribbons, tags and stickers
• Festive and limited-edition gift packs for Valentine's, Rakhi, Diwali and Christmas
• Wedding gifting: favour boxes, trousseau hampers and personalised packs
• Dielines and finishes (foil, emboss, spot UV) with print vendors

Custom gifting for every client

• Customised boxes, sleeves, logo chocolates and message cards for corporate and wedding orders
• Design options matched to each client's brief and price point
• Present concepts to clients, and travel to meet them when needed

Launches and campaigns

• Product launch and festive campaigns, from idea to rollout
• Posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, ads and creator kits
• Quick product shots and reels on your phone or camera; art-direct professional shoots

Brand identity that scales

• Build and own the brand identity: logo, colours, type, patterns and illustration style
• Templates and guidelines for consistency
• In-store graphics, menus, signage and web assets

From screen to print

• Prepare print-ready files that come out right the first time
• Check proofs and colours; manage printers and vendors on timelines
• Juggle multiple briefs and still hit deadlines

YOUR TOOLKIT

• Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Figma
• Packaging & 3D: Pacdora for 3D mock-ups and dielines; Adobe Substance 3D or Dimension; Esko Studio
• AI tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio and Ideogram
• Photo & video: a good phone or camera for quick shoots; Lightroom; Premiere Pro or CapCut

IS THIS YOU?

• 5+ years, with a portfolio of brand identity, packaging and gifting work
• Work on marketing or product launch campaigns
• Experience in wedding design: invites, favours or gift packaging
• Strong in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma
• AI-capable: uses AI tools for concepts, mock-ups and content
• You know print: dielines, bleed, CMYK, finishes
• Has a good phone or camera for quick product shots
• Confident with clients; happy to travel to meet them
