Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing banners, promotional materials, digital advertisements, social media creatives, and campaign assets.
• Develop illustrations, custom visual concepts, and creative directions aligned with established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across brand communications and digital touchpoints.
• Adapt creative assets for web, mobile, social media, and other digital formats.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and deadlines.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions that support both brand-building and performance-oriented objectives.
• Prepare production-ready assets and ensure designs meet platform and technical requirements.
• Support motion design and video creative needs when required.

This is a creative, high-impact design role focused on building engaging visual experiences across digital channels.
You’ll create assets spanning marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, branding, and product-related communications.
The role combines strong visual craftsmanship with an understanding of performance-driven creative and audience needs.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to turn ideas into polished, effective creative work.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop visual concepts, illustrations, and campaign assets while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role, supported by a strong portfolio.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and contemporary design principles.

• Demonstrated experience creating marketing banners, digital advertisements, social media content, illustrations, and broader visual concepts.

• Ability to design effectively for web, mobile, social media, and other digital environments.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and how design decisions affect digital user experiences.

• Strong creative judgment and modern visual taste, with the ability to adapt creative work to different audiences and platforms.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency across multiple projects.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude, with openness to feedback and iteration.

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of creative assignments.

• Ability to balance brand consistency with performance-driven creative objectives.

• Experience with iGaming, crypto, fintech, product, or growth-focused teams is advantageous.

• Motion design experience using After Effects or similar tools, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and familiarity with Canva are additional advantages.
