Job summary

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ISO/NIST/COBIT frameworks, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of strategic impact across regions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Pune with significant stakeholder interaction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology governance, risk, and compliance, including global leadership roles.
• Proven success in regulatory engagement, audit management, and board-level reporting.
• Deep expertise in GRC frameworks, standards (ISO, NIST, COBIT), and regulatory environments.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the global GRC strategy in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
