Job summary

Shanvi Staffing Services in Kerala is seeking a seasoned senior leader to drive sales and circulation growth across the state. The role focuses on identifying new markets, reader segments and opportunities to expand circulation, while strengthening the statewide network of agents, sub-agents, line vendors and retailers.

You will oversee revenue and financial management and lead large field teams, bringing strategic vision and hands-on execution to scale distribution and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of exp in sales, circulation, distribution or channel mgt, with exp in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing large distribution and field teams.
