You will work across SAP/BPC environments, maintain COA and org hierarchies, support OneERP CIM deployments, and provide ad hoc reporting and budgeting assistance. Strong Excel and IFRS knowledge preferred; global collaboration experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce or relevant field.
• MBA, CA/CMA Inter or equivalent professional qualification.
• Typically 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or master data management.
• Exposure to IFRS and global accounting processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain finance master data (COA, organizational hierarchies) across SAP/BPC and other systems.
• Oversee account mapping between key systems and ensure data consistency.
• Review impact of master data changes on reporting and financial statements.
• Support OneERP CIM development, rollout, and related reporting needs.

Job Summary

Management of key finance master data. This role is an important transformational responsibility in driving accurate and reliable financial data that supports high quality financial reporting to key stakeholders and executives.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana - India

Position: General Op Accounting. Sr. Specialist

Shift Time (Day/Afternoon): 12.00 PM 10.00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain finance master data (e.g., chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, etc.) in the following key systems: multiple system in use including various BPCs, SAP etc.
• Manage and maintain account mapping between key systems.
• Ongoing review of the impact of master data changes on key systems and the broader reporting environment.
• Design Authority input for management accounts reporting and financial reporting.
• Support of and involvement in the OneERP CIM development and roll out.
• Ad hoc support for reporting requirements, if needed (e.g., management accounts reporting, budgets, impairment testing, etc.).

Required Experience

• Comprehensive financial reporting experience
• IFRS application experience
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of the impact of system changes on financial reporting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Advantageous but not essential: knowledge of data architecture and data structures, previous experience working on accounting systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Business Planning Consolidation (BPC), SAP Central Finance (CFIN), etc.
• Extensive experience in a comparable role within a global organization
