Coforge in Hyderabad seeks an experienced GenAI/AI Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end GenAI projects and mentor engineering teams. You will translate business needs into scalable LLM‑based applications and guide governance, security and performance best practices.

The role focuses on RAG, AI agents, multi‑agent orchestration, and engineering standards to ensure production readiness and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of GenAI/AI engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI, LangChain and related AI tooling.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, observability.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement RAG, AI Agents, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based applications.
• Guide teams in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish coding standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor GenAI engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Drive production readiness, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI compliance
