Job summary

Coforge is seeking an AI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on GenAI experience to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. You will work across Python, FastAPI, LangChain, and cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will lead design, implementation, and governance of RAG, AI Agents, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM-based applications while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on GenAI experience.
• Strong Python and cloud platform experience.
• Expertise in LangChain, RAG, and LLM-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement RAG, AI Agents, MCP, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Guide teams in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and performance optimization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Mentor GenAI engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive production readiness, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
