• Strong expertise in implementing and configuring ERP and PPM modules (Financials, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, iProcurement, Purchasing, PPM).
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP/PPM functionality and integration points.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle ERP and PPM modules to meet business needs, ensuring best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge functional gaps in Oracle applications.
• Perform system testing, including creating and executing test scripts.
• Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues with technical teams when required.
• Stay updated with Oracle ERP/PPM releases, patches, and enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP and PPM functionality, including understanding of underlying data structures and integration points
• Proficiency in conducting business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design
• Experience with system testing, including creating and executing test scripts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
