Job summary

Iteria.us is seeking an EPM Functional Consultant responsible for implementing EPM projects and supporting activities. This includes full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion EPM applications such as position control and budgeting. Candidates should have 1–3 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with Oracle products. Strong analytical and communication skills are required. The position is based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Oracle ERP Fusion implementation experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of ERP functional implementation experience.
• Knowledge of HCM positions and grade assignments.
• Knowledge of OTBI reporting functionality.
• Experience in Oracle Financials and HRMS product families required.
• Implementation experience in Budget, nice to have experience in Position Based budget.
• Experience with ARCS and FCCS is nice to have.
• Experience handling system design and integration of EPM with Cloud ERP.

Job Title: EPM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

The EPM Functional Consultant is responsible for implementation of EPM projects as well as support activity. This includes full cycle implementation of EPM applications and the development and delivery of Oracle Fusion EPM applications including position control, position budgeting, budgetary control, budget preparation and reporting.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Consultant tasks as assigned by the PM related to requirements understanding and completeness, solution proposal, design, development, configuration, unit testing and system testing.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation for both technical and business users.
• Address high priority user support issues and problem tickets simultaneously.
• Work with specialists, business analysts, service level managers and service providers to refine and improve incident resolution time targets.
